There will come a time when all of this means nothing
No set of circumstance prevents the fall
You'll find you've spent your time in search of something
That can't be found in objects, no it can't be found at all
It’s a product of your endless consumption
Constantly buying things you’re told to have right now
It seems so odd to me the quest is in the acquisition
You never use the things you have, they rot on the shelves
